F\u00f6r att en upps\u00e4gning ska vara giltig m\u00e5ste den alltid grundas p\u00e5 sakliga sk\u00e4l. Det inneb\u00e4r att arbetsgivaren ska titta p\u00e5 lediga tj\u00e4nster som \u00e4r sk\u00e4liga f\u00f6r arbetstagaren, b\u00e5de inneh\u00e5llsm\u00e4ssigt och i praktiken.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om omplaceringsm\u00f6jligheter finns men inte erbjuds, kan upps\u00e4gningen d\u00e4rf\u00f6r betraktas som\u00a0ogiltig.
