Lagen omfattar b\u00e5de svenska och utl\u00e4ndska arbetsgivare samt arbetstagare oavsett nationalitet. Som huvudregel g\u00e4ller den dock inte arbete som utf\u00f6rs utanf\u00f6r Sveriges gr\u00e4nser.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Syftet med arbetsmilj\u00f6lagen \u00e4r att f\u00f6rebygga oh\u00e4lsa och olycksfall i arbetet samt att skapa en god och s\u00e4ker arbetsmilj\u00f6. Lagen \u00e4r en ramlag och kompletteras d\u00e4rf\u00f6r av f\u00f6reskrifter fr\u00e5n Arbetsmilj\u00f6verket, d\u00e4r mer detaljerade krav anges.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a9b98bf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7a9b98bf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-111987c2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"111987c2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5cc341 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e5cc341\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Arbetsgivarens ansvar enligt arbetsmilj\u00f6lagen<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a2a985f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a2a985f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arbetsgivaren har det \u00f6vergripande ansvaret f\u00f6r arbetsmilj\u00f6n. Det inneb\u00e4r att arbetsgivaren ska vidta de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga att arbetstagare uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r oh\u00e4lsa eller olycksfall.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I detta ansvar ing\u00e5r att bedriva ett systematiskt arbetsmilj\u00f6arbete (SAM). Det inneb\u00e4r att verksamheten ska unders\u00f6kas regelbundet, risker ska bed\u00f6mas, \u00e5tg\u00e4rder ska vidtas och uppf\u00f6ljning ska ske. I m\u00e5nga fall \u00e4r dokumentation en viktig del av detta arbete.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arbetsgivaren ska ocks\u00e5 tydligg\u00f6ra ansvarsf\u00f6rdelningen i organisationen, s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att chefer och arbetsledare har tillr\u00e4cklig kompetens samt ge arbetstagarna n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig information och instruktioner. Det inneb\u00e4r bland annat att f\u00f6lja givna instruktioner, anv\u00e4nda skyddsutrustning och uppm\u00e4rksamma arbetsgivaren p\u00e5 risker eller brister i arbetsmilj\u00f6n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fungerande samverkan mellan arbetsgivare och arbetstagare \u00e4r en central del av arbetsmilj\u00f6arbetet. I st\u00f6rre verksamheter kan det \u00e4ven kr\u00e4vas en skyddskommitt\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skyddsombudets roll \u00e4r viktig f\u00f6r att arbetsmilj\u00f6fr\u00e5gor ska f\u00e5ngas upp i tid och f\u00f6r att risker ska kunna hanteras innan de leder till oh\u00e4lsa eller olycksfall.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14d8a7da e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" st\u00f6d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bristande rutiner f\u00f6r konflikthantering eller arbetsledning.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e5lig ergonomi, exempelvis felaktiga arbetsst\u00e4llningar eller brist p\u00e5 hj\u00e4lpmedel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otrygga eller farliga arbetsmilj\u00f6er som kan leda till olycksfall.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
