Det inneb\u00e4r att arbetsgivaren ska titta p\u00e5 lediga tj\u00e4nster som \u00e4r sk\u00e4liga f\u00f6r arbetstagaren, b\u00e5de inneh\u00e5llsm\u00e4ssigt och i praktiken.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om omplaceringsm\u00f6jligheter finns men inte erbjuds, kan upps\u00e4gningen d\u00e4rf\u00f6r betraktas som\u00a0ogiltig. H\u00e4r \u00e4r de vanligaste fallen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vid arbetsbrist:<\/strong> Innan turordningsreglerna till\u00e4mpas m\u00e5ste arbetsgivaren utreda m\u00f6jligheten till omplacering till andra lediga tj\u00e4nster.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vid personliga sk\u00e4l:<\/strong> Innan en upps\u00e4gning p\u00e5 grund av personliga sk\u00e4l kan bli aktuell, m\u00e5ste arbetsgivaren pr\u00f6va om omplacering \u00e4r en rimlig \u00e5tg\u00e4rd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Graviditet och amning:<\/strong> Kvinnor som v\u00e4ntar barn, nyligen f\u00f6tt barn eller ammar och som enligt arbetsmilj\u00f6lagen f\u00f6rbjudits att utf\u00f6ra sina vanliga arbetsuppgifter, har r\u00e4tt till omplacering om det anses sk\u00e4ligt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fackliga f\u00f6rtroendem\u00e4n:<\/strong> F\u00f6r att kunna fullg\u00f6ra sitt fackliga uppdrag kan omplacering kr\u00e4vas.
