Our most comprehensive package for labor-intensive operations or companies undergoing change. Here you get a dedicated legal partner who serves as a strategic sounding board.
- Employment law advice30 hours of consulting. Used strategically during reorganizations, complex labor law processes, or as an ongoing sounding board for HR management.
- Education1 optional full-day course (on-site or online).
- Negotiation support: 2 negotiations with unlimited preparation time, as well as follow-up and documentation after the meeting.
- Added value Priority access. Guaranteed response time within 4 hours during business hours, as well as an annual review and update of your employee handbook.
We also offer running hourly billing at SEK 2500 per hour, excluding VAT.
Terms and Conditions for Rbjurist Employment Law Packages
- Validity period
The package is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of contract signing. Included consultation hours and negotiation opportunities that have not been utilized by the end of the period will expire and cannot be credited or transferred to subsequent periods.
- Handling of overtime hours
When the included consulting hours in the package are used up, additional work will be billed at the agency's prevailing hourly rate. As a benefit for package clients, the client receives a discount of 10 % on the ordinary hourly rate for all work exceeding the scope of the package.
- Definition of ”Negotiation”
Negotiations included in the package cover:
- Preparation and review of documentation (up to 8 hours per negotiation).
- Participation in the negotiation session (in person or digital, maximum 8 hours).
- Shorter closing documentation/minutes.
Exceptions: The following is not included in the fixed-price package and will be billed separately on a time and materials basis:
- Travel expenses, accommodation costs, allowances, and expenses in connection with physical negotiation or physical course.
- Extensive correspondence, development of extensive evidence, or investigative work that goes beyond what can reasonably be considered part of normal preparation for a hearing.
- Potential additional negotiation work exceeding 8 hours beyond what is defined above, provided that the client is informed in advance.

What does "qualified labor law advice" mean in the packages?
This means you'll have the support of an expert in Swedish labor law. We'll help you with everything from interpreting LAS (Employment Protection Act) and MBL (Co-determination in the Workplace Act) to the practical handling of employment contracts, warnings, rehabilitation, and work environment issues. You'll have a legal advisor as a sounding board in your daily work.
Are travel or accommodation costs included for on-site training?
The Premium Package includes a full-day course. If the course is conducted on-site at your location, any travel and accommodation costs will be added as agreed. We always offer the possibility to conduct the training digitally, completely free of travel costs.
Can I upgrade my package during the contract period?
Absolutely. If your company grows and your needs increase, you can easily upgrade to a more comprehensive package. We will adjust the agreement so that you always have the support that matches your current situation.
What happens if the negotiations take longer than the included time?
The Basic and Mid-tier packages include a defined number of hours per negotiation. If a negotiation requires more time than that, excess time will be charged at a predetermined, reduced hourly rate. We always maintain close communication with you so that there are no surprise costs.
