Rejhana Babovic Negotiation & Employment Law AB, corporate registration number 559569-0743 (“we”, “us” or “RBJurist”), is the data controller for the processing of personal data that occurs within our business. This privacy policy supplements our general terms and conditions (especially point 3) and describes how we collect, use, protect and delete your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. We prioritize your privacy and process data securely and transparently.
Personal data we process
We process personal data that is necessary to fulfill assignments, administer our website rbjurist.se, handle marketing and communicate with you. Examples of data include:
- From client assignmentsName, social security number, contact details (email, telephone, address), payment details, information about your business or matter (e.g. employment contract, disputes). This supplements points 3.2–3.3 of our terms of service.
- From the website: IP address, visitor data, form data (e.g. contact requests) and cookies for analysis and functionality.
- From marketing: Name, email and telephone for newsletters or invitations, based on your consent or legitimate interest.
- Miscellaneous: Information from credit reports (clause 2.2 of the terms and conditions) or communication via email/SMS (clause 4).
We do not collect sensitive information beyond what is required for the assignment, and you are not required to provide information – but without it we cannot undertake assignments due to conflict of interest and money laundering checks.
Purpose and legal basis
The processing always takes place with a legal basis and clear purpose:

We do not update advice retroactively (clause 1.5 of the terms and conditions) and do not handle tax information (clause 1.6).
Storage, safeguards and third parties
- Storage time: Only as long as necessary for the purpose, assignment or legal requirements (e.g. 7 years for accounting). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
- Protection: Data is stored on secure servers in Sweden (or EU/EEA). We use encryption, virus filters and access controls. When communicating via email/SMS you are responsible for your own risks (section 4.1).
- Third party: Data may be shared with external consultants, authorities, payment services such as Klarna (clause 7.6) or system providers. No transfers outside the EU/EEA without safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
As a registered user, you have rights under GDPR:
- Access, correction, deletion: Request a record excerpt, correction or deletion.
- Limitation and objection: Restrict processing or object to marketing/legitimate interest.
- Data portability: Få dina uppgifter i strukturerat format.
- Complaint: Kontakta Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) via imy.se.
